Thai Long Chikoo Fruit Is Bigger Than Oval And Sweeter Than Cricket Ball. The Flesh Is Granular In Texture And Reddish Brown In Color. The Sweet Flavor Of The Chikoo Flesh Is Due To The Presence Of High Levels Of Fructose And Sucrose. Within The Flesh Of The Chikoo Is A Cavity With Two To Three Large Black Seeds.
